The African Orthopedic Initiative (AOI) is driven by a compassionate, skilled, and deeply
committed team. It brings together healthcare professionals, field coordinators, volunteers,
and partners around a shared mission: to restore mobility to children living with motor disabilities.
👨🏾⚕️ Dr. Nezien Christian Térance Marius
Orthopedic surgeon and founder of AOI, he leads medical missions, defines the overall strategy, performs surgeries, and embodies field commitment.
👩🏾⚕️ Dr. Paré Stella Line Emmanuella
As General Secretary, she coordinates administrative and social efforts and ensures a strong link between the field and the organization.
🧑🏾⚕️ Marre Pouyrkeita Houde
Treasurer of the association, he ensures the careful and transparent management of resources.
🧑🏾⚕️ Nana Hamadou Tidiane
AOI’s Communications Officer, he is responsible for clearly and effectively sharing our actions and values.
